Sharp - Scan to email from FR-WORKRM-COLOR

 

Follow these instructions to scan to email from the Sharp printer located in the Work Room:

  1. At the login screen, tap on the Guest button on the bottom right
  2. Tap on Access Device
  3. Tap on Email
  4. Insert the document to scan in scan feed or on top of the scanning bed
  5. Input your email address:
    1. Search for your user in the address book (if you don't see your name, see step 5b)

       
    2. If your name does not appear in the address book, click OK then tap on the Address field to then input your email address

  6. Tap on Start to scan the document
  7. The document should start scanning. It will then appear in your inbox shortly (typically within a minute). Don't forget to log off when done
  8. You can see the status of the scan job by tapping on Job Status on the top right
