Accessing Mailbox by Dialing

1. Dial *81 on your Wildix phone
    
2. Press 2 for the message details after the message playback
    
3. Press 7 to delete the message
    

Accessing Mailbox through Collaboration

1. Log into Wildix Collaboration through the web
    
2. Click on the Voicemail tab

4. Check the boxes of the voicemails you want to clear, then click on the trash can icon  to delete the voicemail
