Accessing Mailbox by Dialing

1. Dial *81 on your Wildix phone
    
2. Press 2 for the message details after the message playback
    

Accessing Mailbox through Collaboration

1. Log into Wildix Collaboration through the web
    
2. Click on the Voicemail tab
   
3. 
4. Click on the download icon to download the audio file to listen to the voicemail
    
5. You can mark the voicemail as read by checking the box and click on the eye icon
