Troubleshoot - Calls on Web Collaboration Rings But There is No Dialog Box
Troubleshooting Steps
Typically, on the right you can see a dialog box when making or receiving a call in Collaboration (example screenshot below):
If for some reason you do not see this dialog box, it's likely that you need to set your preferred device to Web. To set it to web, click on the drop-down arrow to the right of the call button and select Web. Once selected, try making another call.
Why does this happen?
This issue typically occurs when Collaboration webpage does not load properly, or you have more than one device (ex. you use Collaboration on your phone and on the web) and its prioritizing one over the other. You must specify what device if you often use one over the other.
