NOTICE In order to be able to Fax you need to have a fax number assigned to your extension.  If this has been done for you, or you have faxed from your extension before, you should be fine.

Wildix Collaboration has the ability to send digital document files to Fax numbers through the web.

NOTE:

• All Fax will be sent from the Wiley X main number (everyone shares this number when sending fax)
• When receiving Fax, you will require a dedicated Fax number. However, you do not need your own number to send Fax
• Its preferred if you send Fax as a PDF, but other formats are supported
   

Follow these instructions below to send fax: 

1. Go to https://wileyx.wildixin.com/collaboration/ and login with your Wildix account
2. On the top, click on the plus icon and select Send fax
   
3. Enter the number you want to send the fax to under under Fax number
   
    
4. Click on Choose Files and select the document you want to fax. Then fill out
   
    
5. Check Faxcover and fill out the information as necessary below
   
    
6. Click on the airplane icon  on the bottom right to send the fax
