To make outbound calls in Wildix Collaboration phone system, follow these instructions:

1. Log into Wildix Collaboration
    
2. On the top left, ensure that the option is set to Web
   
    
3. Now, enter in the phone number you'd like to call
   
    
4. Click on the green phone icon 
    
5. You should see a dialog box appear to the right of your browser
