You have the ability to forward calls to any person or number (including hunt groups) through the Wildix Collaboration phone app (click here for instructions through the web app). The following instructions are for forwarding all calls to a specific number/extension:

1. Open the phone app and click on the cogwheel (Settings) on the bottom right
   
2. Under Features, click on Internal
    
3. To forward all calls, click on the slider button to the right next to Call Forward All
    
4. Under Call Forward All, enter in the extension/huntgroup/number you want to forward too
   
    
5. Click the back arrow and test the call to make sure it works

To disable call forwarding, simply turn off the feature by pressing the slider button back to white from blue. Make another test call to ensure that it is off. If you have any issues, please submit a support ticket.
