Getting Started - How to Access Wildix Collaboration

Wildix is our primary VOIP phone system used to make outside calls, receive calls, receive fax (via email), send fax (via web portal), and communicate to the rest of the team. The phone system can be accessed in many ways: via a physical phone, Collaboration through the web, and Collaboration through the mobile app.

Wildix Collaboration

To access Collaboration on the web:

1. Go to https://wileyx.wildixin.com/authorization/?/
2. Login using the username and password provided to you by your manager/supervisor or by Technology Services

Wildix Collaboration on Mobile

To access Collaboration on mobile:

1. Download the app onto your phone:
   • iOS: Wildix Collaboration Mobile on the App Store (apple.com)
   • Android: Wildix Collaboration Mobile - Apps on Google Play
2. Login with the same username and password as above. If prompted for a URL/Host/Server, type in: wileyx.wildixin.com
