My OneDrive Stopped Syncing / Working

 

If OneDrive stopped syncing or is no longer responsive, try restarting the application.

  1. Right-click the cloud icon then click on the cog-wheel (Help & Settings)

     
  2. Then click on Quit OneDrive

     
  3. Wait 10 seconds, then search for OneDrive in the start menu to relaunch the application

If that doesn't work, try restarting your computer. Sometimes OneDrive is in a weird state and restarting the computer can usually reset it back into a normal state.
