How to Forward your Emails in Outlook

You have the ability to automatically forward your emails at anytime. The best method of doing this is to use the web version of Outlook.

  1. Log in to: https://outlook.office.com/mail/inbox
  2. Go to the settings by clicking on the cog-wheel on the top-right.
  3. In the search bar, search for Forwarding and click on the result

NOTE: You can also click on View all Outlook settings on the bottom right, then go to Mail Forwarding
  4. Check the box for Enable forwarding, then enter an email (Ex. [email protected])
  5. Also check the box for Keep a copy of forwarded messages. This way, you'll receive a copy of your emails if you want to review them later.

To disable forwarding, simply uncheck the box for Enable forwarding. It is always good to test the feature before going on vacation or leave. If you run into issues, please submit a ticket.
