How to Access Another Users Mailbox

You can access other users mailbox through Outlook on the web (OWA).

NOTE

• You must have full access to the others users mailbox
• Submit a service request and ask an administrator to grant you access to the desired user's mailbox

To access the other users mailbox, follow these steps:

1. Log into https://outlook.office365.com/
2. On the top right-click on your icon > Open another mailbox
   
3. Search for the user you want to access
   
4. Click on the user
   
5. Click Open
   
6. A new tab should open with the user's mailbox
