How to Book a Room in Outlook Online

Outlook Online (OWA)

  1. Log into OWA - https://outlook.office365.com/mail/ with your Wiley X Credentials
     
  2. Go to the Calendar tab and click on New event

     
  3. Fill in the meeting details as normal, then click on the field that says Search for a room or location

     
  4. Click on the room listed below Suggested locations or click on Browse with Room Finder if your room is not listed

     
  5. On the right, click on Select a building

     
  6. Then select the city and the room list (ex. Frisco > WX-Frisco-Rooms)

     
  7. Select the room that best fits your meeting needs

     
  8. Fill out the rest of the email, select the available time slot, and click Send when you are ready
